We will start off by explaining a fairly traditional way of development teams working with UX. After this we will explain the current viewpoint of most Agile UX people. Finally we will end by explaining how Lean UX proposes a shift in mindset and a totally different way of working. We will also give tips on how to collaborate more closely with teams if you are not quite ready for the full mindset shift.
