Luke will also cover when you need Portfolio Managers and how to structure their relationship with the rest of the team. Central to this talk will be a series of interactive exercises that will help you uncover who’s doing what in your Agile Project and provide you with tools to use retrospectives to assess and adjust your allocation of responsibilities among different members of your team.
